Thanks for the business:

Air Canada said “thanks” to some of its top producers – both retail and wholesale – in Toronto last week as the
carrier celebrated a successful 2013 and looked forward to another good year in 2014. And why not as ZeinaGedeon, AC’s vice-president sales Canada and product distribution, pointed out to about 50 of the carrier’s top producers, the coming year will be a memorable one as AC will add the 787 to its fleet. Dear Keith Murray, It is almost a month since our cruise to the Caribbean and we are into our first snow storm in Toronto. It is natural that, at least some of us who went on the cruise, reminisce about the warmth of the people and the weather that we experienced during our trip. A large part of the success and enjoyment of this trip has been due to the organisation, dedication and compassion of Loretta, Elizabeth and yourself. Right from the beginning, when I visited you at your office together with Kanu Patel, I felt at ease with your style. Together with Kanu, you organized all the travel details for the 80 of us, including checking passport names, printing luggage tags and, surprisingly, filling immigration forms for all of us. You were there at the airport on our departure date, together with your family early to ensure that everyone was checked in without hassle. Once on the cruise ship, you were there to help out, join in some of the activities and yet

discrete enough to let each one have the freedom to enjoy in their own way. All the shore excursions were arranged with our group’s physical attributes in mind- no strenuous walking or exertion. You were there to help out those in need for an extra hand and flexible enough
to accommodate special requests. The highlight of the
cruise was Kanu’s idea of ‘Raas & Garba’ evening on the ship. Your influence to help set up one of the best halls for our ‘ private’ enjoyment was extraordinary. You even managed to get a lot of crew including the Captain to join us. I think Kala managed to teach the captain a few ‘Rass’ moves! Everyone enjoyed this special evening. Of course the fact that you managed to have the chef prepare Indian breakfast and dinner was
well appreciated by our ‘ Seniors’. Even as we arrived back at Toronto, you stayed at the airport until all the passengers were safely on their way home. The diligence of Loretta and Elizabeth

to step in whenever they sensed a need throughout was noticeable
and much appreciated. On behalf of”Gujarati Seniors”, I thank you.

As we approach the festive season, both Yogini and myself wish all of you, your wonderful family and staff a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sincerely Kirit Patel President- “Gujarati Seniors” December 14, 2013
